However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with our remuneration and pension services. It goes without saying that you can then report your complaint to us. We will handle your complaint carefully. By registering and dealing with complaints correctly, C&M Labour Supply B.V. wants to actively contribute to the preventive prevention of complaints. As soon as we receive your email, your (alleged) complaint will be registered. Within 15 working days of receipt, it will be determined whether this complaint is well-founded or unfounded. If the complaint is declared well-founded by C&M Labor Supply B.V. the complaint will be reported to the inspection institution within 30 business days. C&M Labor Supply B.V. will also take corrective measures within 30 working days.
Employees employed by (sub) contractor/lender:
Once we have received your email, your (alleged) complaint will be registered and the (sub) contractor/lender will be asked to determine within 15 working days of receipt whether this complaint is well-founded or unfounded. The complaint will be reported to the inspection institution within 30 working days and will be dealt with in accordance with the complaints procedure of the (sub) contractor/lender. C&M Labour Supply B.V. takes measures to remove the basis of the complaint. If these measures to limit liability with regard to the salary due and pension due have not resulted in corrective measures being taken within 30 days and, if necessary, retroactively taking remedial measures, the company must report this in writing to the client/hirer.
C&M Labour Supply B.V. is a company where relationships are informal and contact lines are short. Our internal employees work closely together and can therefore offer short-term solutions.
C&M Labour Supply B.V. attaches great importance to good employment and a pleasant relationship with both clients and temporary workers. Personal contact is important to us, temporary workers are happy to visit the location and there is regular telephone contact. Thanks to the open communication, the low threshold and professionalism of the branch staff, bottlenecks and/or problems are made negotiable. As a result, we can often prevent complaints, so that we can keep the quantity of complaints very low.
