Industrial Painting Site Supervisor

What will you do?

As an Industrial Painting Site Supervisor, you lead and coordinate day-to-day painting, blasting and protective coating operations. You typically manage a team of four painters and blasters in the northern part of North Holland. You allocate tasks, oversee planning, progress and quality, and make adjustments where required.

You coordinate with the client’s work preparation team and other on-site disciplines, including scaffolding and insulation. You identify problems early and work with those involved to ensure safe and efficient execution.

What do you bring?

At least ten years of experience in industrial painting and protective coating in the oil and gas industry
Experience as a site supervisor, foreman or in a similar leadership role
Experience managing painting and blasting teams
Experience with abrasive blasting
Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
Good command of Dutch
Category B driving licence
