C&M Labour Supply BV does everything it can to serve you as well as possible. We have a transparent procedure when it comes to determining the hirer's remuneration. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with our services in the field of remuneration and pension. It goes without saying that you can then pass on your complaint to us. We will handle your complaint carefully. By means of a correct complaint registration and handling, C&M Labour Supply BV wishes to actively contribute to the preventive prevention of complaints. Our own employees:
As soon as we receive your email, your (alleged) complaint will be registered. Within 15 working days of receipt, it will be determined whether this complaint is justified or unfounded. If the complaint is declared justified by C&M Labour Supply BV, the complaint will be reported to the inspection body within 30 working days. C&M Labour Supply BV will also take corrective measures within 30 working days.
Employees employed by (sub)contractor/lender:
As soon as we have received your email, your (alleged) complaint will be registered and the (sub)contractor/lender will be asked to determine within 15 working days of receipt whether this complaint is justified or unfounded. The complaint will be reported to the inspection body within 30 working days and will be handled in accordance with the complaints procedure of the (sub)contractor/lender. C&M Labour Supply BV will take measures to remove the grounds for the complaint. If these measures to limit liability with regard to the wages due and pension to be paid have not led to corrective measures being implemented within 30 days and, if necessary, retroactive remedial measures have been taken, the company must report this in writing to the client / borrower.
C&M Labour Supply BV is a company where the relationships are informal and the lines of contact are short. Our internal employees work closely together and can therefore offer solutions in the short term.
C&M Labour Supply BV attaches great value to good employment practices and a pleasant relationship with both the client and temporary workers. We find personal contact important, temporary workers like to visit the branch and there is regular telephone contact. Due to the open communication, the low threshold and professionalism of the branch employees, bottlenecks and/or problems are made discussable. This allows us to often prevent complaints, which allows us to keep the quantity of complaints very low.
