Staff planner Scaffolding/Offshore Insulation

Are you an experienced staff planner with a preference for the offshore sector? Do you have the overview, decisiveness and precision to keep our complex projects running smoothly? Then we are looking for you.

What does the job include?
As a scaffolding & insulation staff planner, you are responsible for the efficient and timely deployment of skilled staff on a variety of offshore projects in and outside the Netherlands. You work from our location in Den Helder and interact with technicians, project teams and subcontractors on a daily basis. You are the spider in the web when it comes to staffing adequately with high-quality teams.
During a working day, you are busy setting up and monitoring the project planning for offshore scaffolding and insulation. Here, competent teams are put together for a variety of projects. You coordinate and call on both your own and flexible staff and schedule employees via the planning system (Onboard tracker). Identify and discuss any bottlenecks in availability and capacity in a timely manner. Together with the training coordinator, you ensure that mandatory certificates and (safety) training courses are followed and registered in a timely manner. In addition, you arrange transport and stay for staff with an eye for cost control, you take care of the administrative processing of absenteeism, leave and absence, and you closely monitor the performance of both your own employees and hired workers.

What do you bring?

  • MBO+/ HBO work and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a planner in a technical or industrial environment;
  • Preferably a demonstrable affinity with the offshore sector and/or scaffolding;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Experience with planning software and MS Office.
